Banks aren't any fun any more. They are wanting more down and higher credit scores, and the reality is, many people have less to put down and lower credit scores.
This creates a large void between buyers and sellers. One way to fill this void is through owner financing. This is a relatively simple process that can work well for everyone involved and speed up closings, which should make everybody happy.
